★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a parking ticket today for a 2 minute expired meter. As the commissioner was issuing ticket there was a downtown red deer resident overdosing beside my truck with a needle hanging out of his arm. The guy told me it's only his job to write tickets. Not deal with actual crimes. Sad to see there only interested in writing revenue tickets and leave a man dieing on the ground.
