โ โ โ โ โ We've been using Comfy Cotton since our baby was born in January 2021 and are very happy with the service. Honestly the convenience of having diapers delivered to your door (we live in an apartment building too!) is priceless BUT the price is more than reasonable. Everyone we deal with is friendly and helpful. And prefolds are really easy to use, despite how they look! Absolutely recommend these guys.

โ โ โ โ โ Very happy with Comfy Cotton's cloth diaper service. Always on time, everything is clean and tidy/organized, diapers are excellent condition and pricing is comparable to disposables. The customer service is second to none and I would happily recommend this service to anyone looking to diaper their babe.
(There is a learning curve with how to use these types of diapers but because of the simplicity, there are multiple options that can fit your babe best and once you know how to use them, they're easy.)

โ โ โ โ โ My wife and I wanted to try out cloth diapers but were a bit hesitant at first. The staff and Comfy Cotton were incredible throughout the entire process of learning how the service works and placing my order. Cheryl is an incredible example of what customer service should be.
The diapers always come clean and in great condition. Before switching, our daughter had a rash that would not go away with even the best of creams. When we switched to Cotton diapers, it went away almost overnight.
The diaper wraps included in the Standard package were great. They are easy to get a good, snug fit and as long as you fasten them correctly, will not leak.
We love the service and plan to keep using it as our family grows.

โ โ โ โ โ We have been using Comfy's Cotton services for the last year and a half and have nothing but great things to say. We live in an apartment building and have never had any issues with our weekly pick-up/ drop off. Their team is easy to reach when we have needed to put a hold on service or for other reasons. The value they provide is priceless. We're sad to be losing this service as we move out of the city.

Cheryl in the office and Hitash on delivery took great care of our family - willing to work with the extra hassle of gatehouse access to our apartment. My daughter has been rash free and we found that with our Thirsties Duo Wraps (from Diaper-eez), leak free. So happy that Comfy Cotton was an affordable option for us!

โ โ โ โ โ Love this company! Not having to wash the inserts makes cloth diapering just as easy as disposables, without ever remembering to have to go out and buy diapers. And the prefolds are perfect to lay flat under baby for out of diaper time.
Cheryl is also a pure delight to interact with!

Thanks to them the early baby days have been so affordable and stress free. Iโm not one to post a google review but they come very highly recommended. I would use them again in a heartbeat if we werenโt leaving the province.
