A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall happy with my stay. Like I said the front desk person Dawn went above & beyond with my stay. And Dianne in the cafeteria always is so friendly and quick to get all the food items ready.

M	Marion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfort Inn was nice location but they need to think about updating. Felt dirty, Room was dark. Bathroom fan haven't been cleaned since they opened but the amount of dirt on it, turned on the light and stuff was falling off.
M	Megan Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2.5 stars) Checking in and out was easy and the staff were friendly But… The hallways all smelled of weed and cigarette smoke and for some reason … hot dogs (not kidding). The key cards did not work consistently and doors to the outside were always propped open. The room was not clean and we found stains on the sheets and floor that indicated they had not been cleaned extensively. All of the appliances in the room were very out of date (not an issue on its own) but were constantly making loud noises throughout the night.

Front desk girl was too busy talking to her boyfriend to even look into it. Said we have to wait for the manager who would be in the next day. Sink in room had a Crack in it, shower head had 2 options, fine mist or pound the life out of you.
A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel still looks good from the outside and lobby and eating area look new. Some rooms could use a freshening. Staff are always great. Location is perfect right on the 401 with Tim Hortons, Gas station and Harveys. Good place for a layover.

Convenient as it is right off the highway, but far enough from the highway that we don't hear the traffic noise. Location has a gas station with a variety store for quick snacks. There is a Tim Hortons and Harveys/Swiss Chalet a short walk from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for short stays.
S	Sarina P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here recently and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is great, can't get much better when you are travelling through. You can tell they are working on upgrading the rooms, some things were newly done like the floors but other things like the office chair (seat) was peeling off. The rooms still need work but the room itself, bathroom and bedding were clean which is more than you can say about other budget friendly places. There are some visible things like stains on the carpet in the hall but it's not dirty. My only feedback for management is to fix the broken exterior doors, it is a security issue. Breakfast was included, which is a bonus. Saves time when getting on the road, it did the trick. -Coffee, juices, unfortunately out of tea -Bread, Bagel to toast w/butter or jam or cream cheese -Egg and Sausage patty were the hit options. I wasn't a fan but my partner didn't mind it. -Muffins, the carrot was good -Oiko Yogurt individual - can't go wrong -Hard boiled eggs -Some fresh fruit -Oatmeal/Cereal to make This is a serve yourself and they have a little seating area if you want to sit. All in all the hotel was good, the staff were friendly and I would stay there again.
