★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst management company ever! Building repairs never get done. Hot water is always broken. Mice roaming the hallways. Bed bugs. Check out Yelp for pictures of the mice roaming the hallways. Management is always lying about everything. Will never get a straight answer. They enter your suite without 24 hours notice. You pay for parking but the garage door is always broken and left open for homeless to take shelter in and thieves. For the price of rent you can find a much better building through a better management company. People smoke in their suites and the smoke fills the hallways since there's no air flow throughout the building. Laundry is also expensive 3.75 per wash and 2.75 per dry. Walls are paper thin too. I can hear the persons cat walking above me all day. There's a halfway house just down the street too so there are always crazies yelling at 2am right out front. Did I mention bed bugs. Hopefully that is enough to keep you away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since CAPREIT took over the building it has been really pleasant. Maintenance requests get done in a timely manner, office staff are really nice and understanding, maintenance staff are really nice and knowledgeable, location is perfect! Most of us have been in the building for a long time it is a nice little community.
