I needed to order special polarized raybans after having LASIK and I had hunted all over the city because they were back-ordered. I went to College Optical and Sheldon ordered them for me and I had them within 3 days! I also had a lovely chat with Perry when I picked them up and learned about some of the really interesting work that they do (like fitting contacts for babies!). Both of these guys are really personable, patient and made an effort to get to know me, which was a nice change from some of the big box stores - I definitely got the sense that they love what they do. Highly recommend!

They have also done our Daugher’s glasses her entire life. Being a Sickkids Kid her scripts can often be quite unique and they never have an Issue making them! Always perfect. Not to mention we love Perry and Sheldon. But the entire staff is AMAZEBALLS! Look no further. If you need glasses this is Your place! ?

From the first time I walked in the store, I could tell that the staff really care about their customers, and that they are passionate about eyewear. They didn't mind me coming in a couple of times for "research visits", and helped to guide me in my decision. I had never had glasses before, so they educated me and answered all my questions. When it was time to decide on the lenses, they took the time to do an in-store trial of lenses that allowed me to experience the feeling of progressive computer distance and reading glasses. I ended up with a pair of glasses I'm really happy with. And they have a 1-year warranty, too. :)

They were patient with my son as he is only 2 and very straight forward with me when it came to my purchase. They didn't try to upsell me or push me to buy stuff I didn't need... They were fast and efficient and very, very kind! The nice part is they even offered to mail my sons glasses straight to my house when they were ready, which is great! They have my business going forward!

The staff is always professional, courteous, they always keep their word. They provide true service in a world that is quickly losing the art of customer service. Their product knowledge is second to none. We won't go anywhere else, whether it be at their Sick Kids Hospital location or their Credit Valley location, it's always a seemless transaction.

Even other customers that were in the store felt encouraged to make comments and suggestions. Putting on glasses is almost like auditioning for a role in a play! The speed at which the glasses were ready for pick up was very satisfactory. I get so many compliments for the beauty of the frame. But more importantly I'm a satisfied customer who sees better and has fallen in love with my own eyes once again. Good eyesight is so important for a healthy state of mind.
J	Justyn Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours changed, no update given, not on Google. College optical’s website still says old hours. We checked both to ensure it was open when we’d arrive. We left work and school early, drove for 2 hours, paid for parking so we could pick up finished glasses, left with nothing. Now we have to do it all over on another day. Very disappointed kiddo, very upset parent.
