I am not quite sure how you can be behind in your appointments when all patients have arrived on time. I don't understand how there is no consideration to peoples jobs and why should you have to lose a full days pay to sit in an office after your appointment time after they tell you to arrive 15 mins early to wait over an hour afterwards to spend less than 10 minutes with the doctor. This is not a hospital why do you need to take blood pressure for a prescription refill and update? Do better you are dealing with humans who have mental health issues, stress and anxiety in their lives you are not helping the situation. Try to be punctual as your patients are.

Many Doctors, even the good ones will make mistakes. Chances of getting anyone to admit their mistake killed or seriously injured someone is slim to none. I think we can agree on this? No lawyer will take your case unless; A. You can pay them upfront B. The settlement is within reach worth their time ($200,000+) You will need to prove a few things: Breach of the Standard of Care Proximate cause Damages The Canadian Medical Protective Association has deep pockets and they will drag out the trial for as long as they can. You better have all your ducks in a row. Audio & video evidence can be invaluable with dates and times.

Ignorant, arrogant, rude, boorish, coercive, abusive, some even racist, chauvinist or lustful. They act as if they own patients' bodies, minds and souls. And they are given all the power over patients, without accountability. The internet is full of reviews by outraged patients (both Canadians and tourists) who were deeply traumatized and harmed by such Ontario doctors. When the CPSO issues certificates of registration to physicians, why don't they check their mentality, human relations skills and ethics?

The bribed investigator doesn't brought the most important part of my medical records, namely, she hide them to save the doctor from the punishments! After their conspiracy has destroyed my life, I was able to get the medical records in October, 2021! During that period, lots of stories had been fabricated! CPSO is a corrupted organization, avoid it at all of the costs, if your case is strong, head the court from day one!

He was very attentive,professionally involved -greatly helpful.Also he referred me to make an ultrasound test. I went to Lab., but without any reason (was almost empty Waiting Hall ) my ultrasound test couldn't be done (refused by someone). At first approach ultrasound was scheduled on 1 week later, and my second appointment was cancelled again (despite I wait 30min. in almost empty Waiting Hall). Now I have a new appointment after 1week, but I would like to have a reason of cancelling my 2 previous appointments. Also - the name of the person who refused to make an ultrasound test .Why???
