J	Jessica Hobson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a new car in June and relied on College Auto Tech to guide me through the process of having my vehicle safetied as well as completing some other repairs that were unrelated. Each time that I have been into the shop, I am greeted by the most friendly, smiling face of the owner; Jaime Hamilton. She works hard to ensure that you fully understand the issues that your vehicle may be faced with, and walks you through your invoice report at the end of the appointment which are always clearly labeled and easy to understand. The technicians always work hard to find solutions to the strange noise you try your hardest to describe, and make you feel confident in your vehicles preformance upon leaving. I even receive periodic follow up phone calls to ensure the issues my car had gone in for were resolved to my satisfaction! Jaime has followed in her dad's footsteps to foster an atmosphere of professionalism while making your experience seamless and enjoyable while providing an exceptional service.

Parts required were difficult to come by but the technician was still able to get the truck repaired and I was back on the road the next day. The best part was my bill was half of what they estimated thanks to the talented technicians. I was very happy with the results and their honesty since they didn't even charge me what the original estimate was. I will definitely be taking my truck back for future repairs.

Please take away from this review that I have the highest respect for Jamie and the staff at College Auto Tech, and whole heartedly recommend them. They have been, and continue to be in it for the long haul, rather than today's or this month's 'numbers.' They go out of their way to bring value to their clientele. They don't gouge. They don't 'find work.' If they say you need something... let me assure you that you genuinely do. Most of the time though, you'll just drive away having paid for what you brought it in for. Respect.

Everyone was very friendly and ensured I understood everything they were telling me about my car. Very honest and great prices. Will definitely be returning here in the future if I need to!

Top tier customer service, and the mechanics always take the time to explain exactly what is going on, even taking me in to show me what I've managed to break and how I did it. I frequently leave there having paid less than expected. Just good, honest, capable people.

The receptionist, Jaime, is so lovely to speak with, responds quickly, and always provides honest quotes for whatever work we need done. The mechanics have always been straightforward and honest about what work is essential and what isn't, and I've never felt like they were trying to rip us off. They are always so fast, which I love! I don't think work done on my car has ever taken more than a day or two. The icing on the cake is that they are conveniently located near downtown Guelph! I've only ever had extremely positive experiences with everyone at College Auto Tech and will definitely be a customer for life!
