The help desk was a little short-staffed so I had to wait a bit, not bad, but then they called it mute staff to help as the lineup grew.They were helpful taking the order and directing me where to pick it up. The yard staff were quick and helpful, picking through the lumber to make sure I got the best pieces. I got what I needed fairly quickly and smoothly. Now I'm working on my project.

There were staff visible chatting upstairs but no one on the sales floor. They lost some very large sales from me as I was just about to start a whole house Reno. Second visit I needed a tap and again no one around to help. The tap rang in more than the sticker price on the shelf and was told the prices have changed. Would not honour price which is against the law. Left without tap. I will not shop in this store.

They provided a detailed written estimate and that's exactly the amount we were billed. No "whoops - extra charge!" so no surprises. The crew were wonderfully skilled, efficient, personable and accommodating. Started and finished as promised and every detail was looked after. Absolutely no complaints with Coles - highly recommended!
