★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO out of FIVE-- This is the FILTHIEST / DIRTIEST laundromat in all of Toronto. Do not go here!! I took my brand new white duvet in for a wash as my regular laundromat was closed until 12pm on Sunday and I saw positive reviews online.
After the wash, my white duvet came out with brown sludge all over it that looked like fecal matter. ?
I was obviously quite upset. I tried to talk to the owner to find a resolve but she just yelled at me in a foreign language with not a single ounce of empathy or compassion.
EACH PICTURE ABOVE IS A SEPARATE WASHER. They are ALL unacceptably FILTHY with remnants of dirt / germs from previous users (including hair!)
ONE of the five or six washers was broken and TWO of the six dryers were broken.
I called Toronto Public Health to initiate an inspection and the Consumer Protection Branch as well.
A clean laundromat that I DO recommend is the St Lawrence Coin Laundry-- a beautiful, charming elderly Chinese Canadian couple own and operate this one and the machines are always clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This coin laundry, even though a small place has 6 dryers and 7 washing machines along with 1 detergent dispenser (one dollar for one pack) and also a change vending machine. It has a small sofa where you can sit and wait. There is also a life size mirror. The staff/owner is amicable and receptive. But they close this place sharply at 9pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always clean and hasn’t been crowded for me since I’ve started coming here. The change machine is new and reliable, it won’t eat up your change. It can break down loonies and toonies to quarters too. The charge for the wash is 3$ for the white machines and 4$ for the grey ones. The dryers are huge, and every 10 mins is 50 cents. There’s a big table to fold laundry and a nice couch to wait on. There’s even playing cards on top of the change machine that you can play with. Really nice place.
