I don't like to give a negative opinion but really I regret that the technician was so rude and that he refused to give information about the connection on the day of the installation, maybe he was in a bad mood?
H	Hubert lavigne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je pensais que Bell étais mauvais, mais avec Cogeco c'est devenu aussi mauvais.; Le service technique est pas mal mais le personnel au Service à la clientèle est la plus part du temps, à tout le moins incompétent, quand il n'est pas carrément malhonnête. Le temps d'attente, est terrible pour obtenir de simples réponses sur des factures incompréhensibles par le commun des mortels. Les pauvres préposés n'y comprennent rien également. En plus cette entreprise nous oblige à les payer par paiements pré-autorisés pour avoir droit aux tarifs négociés ; il me semble que c'est complètement malhonnête d'agir ainsi; c'est une forme de chantage. Je vais tenter d'aller ailleurs, mais il semble que toutes les entreprise de télécommunication agissent plus au moins de la même façon. Et que fait le CRTC ; rien. C'est décourageant. I thought Bell was bad, but with Cogeco it got so bad .; The technical service is not bad but the customer service staff is most of the time, at least incompetent, when it is not downright dishonest. The waiting time, is terrible to get simple answers on invoices incomprehensible by the common people. The poor attendants do not understand it too. In addition this company requires us to pay them by pre-authorized payments to be entitled to negotiated rates; it seems to me that it is completely dishonest to do so; it's a form of blackmail. I will try to go somewhere else, but it seems that all the telecommunication companies are doing more or less the same thing. And what is the CRTC doing? nothing. It's discouraging.
