★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josef is great! I dropped off my espresso machine, he made a quick diagnosis and he sent a video with an explanation of issues. I gave the go ahead to be fixed and received a call, within a couple hours, saying it is fixed and ready for pick up. Also gives great tips/advice on machines and maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible quality service. Very reasonable rates and fast service. He sent me a video for each issue explaining what needed to be done. With the covid issues he has a perfect and safe no overlap with other clients program. Stayed 15 feet away also. The machine is like brand new. Joseph is a very nice guy who does fantastic high quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. I dropped off my 11 year old Breville machine on a Saturday afternoon and Josef has it ready to pick on Sunday morning just in time for a fresh brew! He sends videos showing what is being replaced and is very transparent with pricing.

I appreciated his tips on general maintenance and also the quick turn around time with the machine. I had come from out of town and thought I would be making a trip back to pick it up. We’re enjoying our coffee again. Thank you.
