★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either they don't have enough staff to process the number of energy evaluations or this is not a service they prioritize. If you're considering using them for the home energy evaluation, I would avoid! For what they charge for pre and post-upgrade inspection and reports ($630 and $315), it's not good value.
Waited nearly 2 months to receive my first inspection report when I was told it would take a couple weeks. Did my post-upgrade inspection 2 months ago and I'm still waiting even though I've been told that I'm on a "priority list".
