Deliveries are at the corner of 46e and Brandon. With a 53' trailer get in the court by the small entrance between a yellow rail and the electric pole, bring the nose of the truck to the parked trailer and turn sharply like you wanted to get back on 46e av.
Trailer's dolly will scrap the asphalt when you back up too straight when your truck is too far on 46e av. Get an angle, back up, and turn to put straight only when your truck is back on their court.
No restroom. No space to sleep in the court. Lots of streets around are marked No Parking. I guess it's possible to find a spot somewhere.
