★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is great. There was a boil water advisory, and they were boiling water for morning coffee which ran out every 5 minutes then wait for it again. Advice, this type of hotel could have used large bottles of water for coffee or keep water boiling constantly. Checked out early to buy coffee elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel for the area. Definitely the best option available in Maple Creek. The service did leave something to be desired but it sounded like they are fairly short staffed right now.
Breakfast was pretty good. Nice to see a hot breakfast and pancake maker instead of just cereal and juice.
My biggest complaint had to be the key cards. Without reason (I know about the cell phone thing) the cards would just stop working. Happened to everyone in my room and several other rooms I knew at the hotel as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was off the beaten track, and honestly wasent sure about the quality of the hotel being that it was in the middle of no where, but the hotel, staff, and ESPECIALLY the rooms exceeded our expectations....it was a really nice hotel. Thank you so much! I would recommend it 100%....we were going to stay in Medicine Hat but decided to go a bit further to Maple Creek and we are happy we did. We will be stopping in Maple Creek on the way back through to check out the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place to stay in beautiful Maple Creek! My family and I have stayed here a few times and love the clean, thoughtfully put together rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. Also, the wifi is strong, and breakfast is tasty. We will stay here again! Until next time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful little gem. Upscale rooms and linens. Very clean. Highly recommended. Breakfast however could be improved lukewarm hard-boiled eggs and sausages that have been sitting for hours and stale muffins.
