★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai eu affaires aux services (François) wow! Un vrai pro qui sait comment servir un client comme il le mérite. Aussi connaît son domaine et est capable de répondre aux questions sans devoir continuellement valider avec le mécano. Mon vtt a eu près de 10 000$ de dommages et la reconstruction est impeccable. Pour moi c’est à 1h30 de routes mais ça a valu le déplacement car l’autre endroit (dont je vais taire le nom) était même pas capable de voir que ça prenait un frame. Et aussi merci à Natalie gagné qui a voulue m’aider et répondre à mes questions dans le cas où je devais le remplacer, toute aussi professionnel!
I had business with the services (François) wow! A true pro who knows how to serve a customer the way he deserves. Also knows his field and is able to answer questions without having to continually validate with the mechanic. My atv had nearly $ 10,000 in damage and the rebuild is flawless. For me it's a 1h30 drive but it was worth the trip because the other place (whose name I will not mention) was not even able to see that it took a frame. And also thank you to Natalie Gain who wanted to help me and answer my questions in case I had to replace him, just as professional!
