★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with a representative, Jessica Steeves, at the Eagle Creek Village branch in Victoria, BC to discuss our home insurance policy. It is a challenge to understand insurance policies and what all that "terminology/jargon" means when you are trying to determine what coverage you actually have or need. This is even more of a challenge when comparing insurance companies where terminology varies from one company to another making it extremely difficult to make any comparison, other that cost, which is not a very good indicator of "better" coverage if more expensive. Jessica could not have been more helpful. She was extremely patient in answering questions and providing information that was clear and easy to comprehend. Her approach was very personable and less "business as usual". I came away a better informed client and one who woud have no hesitation recommending Coastal Community, especially if you are fortunate to have an agent like Jessica.
