★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always super nice, and I love that I'm supporting a financial institution that puts its profits right back into the local community. When I switched from my old bank to this credit union, they made the process extremely hassle free,and I've never looked back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim to be local yet they're very clicky with business practices. Lori the business manager gave us a letter offer a couple of years ago then they took it away. The Nanaimo Credit Unions jumped on board right away. Please steer clear of this establishment
