★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representative was very helpful and not desperate to make a sale kind of plushy. They gave me my space instead of following me around and trying to talk to me. But at the same time if I need them I felt comfortable enough to just call them. I was very happy with my visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes when I go to Coach and the sales ladies follow me around, thinking I might steal something, and it makes me feel really sad and uncomfortable. Today at the downtown Coach store, Amy came by, introduced herself and -did- follow me around, but was helping me with everything (rather than just hovering uncomfortably behind me). Highly recommend going to this store in particular. The staff are amazing and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time in the boutique and it was such an outstanding experience... the clothes and leather goods were gorgeous and the customer service was exceptional... but it was also so much fun! The representatives were so friendly and helpful, particularly Ivana as she was helping me, and so fun to shop with... it was an excellent experience overall and I'm excited to return... highly recommend visiting this stunning boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They try to change their image many times, I don't even know what they stand for now, it is good quality leather goods, but the fashion part is like, huh? I personally think the place can use some brightening up. Lack of life and energy. I went in to get a pair of leather groves. Surprisingly enough, can't find any on Robson.....Vancouver, what's wrong with you......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly. Products are of questionable quality due to the products coming from China. I would never buy a leather wallet for $500 that comes from China when there are exact same ones that aren't branded for $30. Not to mention the majority of their stock is catered towards people of Asian background. I don't blame them though. The store is targeting the demographic that is keeping them in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mum went in to the store today and was so happy with how she was treated that I thought I should pass on her accolades.
She was assisted by a lovely woman name Maria who was attentive, polite, patient and helpful. She made my mum feel special and that is so valuable these days with distancing and the loss of connectivity especially with strangers.
Thanks Maria for being you. Coach is lucky to have you as an employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the privilege of being assisted by Amy and Ben and maria. I also had a one of kind experience when I designed a customized city sol shoes. Product quality is evident. Not many items made in China.
In my entire life , I've never been this excited wearing my Coach Shoes. Thank you Amy for the comfort ?. By the way we were simply visiting vancouver. Talk about exceptional customer awareness service by the Coach Staff. Great Job ? ? ?. Strongly recommended.
