★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! We decided to change Home and Auto insurance and offered Co-Opeators the opportunity to secure our business. The agent we were assigned needed me to ask her twice when I would receive the quotes. I was promised one day by 4PM, which was missed. After the second prodding I received a screen shot top line quote with no details af what was being offered by email. Non responsive, over priced, and zero follow-up. There are much better choices in the marketplace!
