I was at co op today i only needed a few things. Was diected to a cashier and the lady said your items are on us. Did i need toilet paper or kleenex. I said i did not thank you. Wow what an act of kindness. Thank you

The self checkout guy today was busy doing soul searching. Had everyone on ignore. I finally just left my 3 items and went to sobeys. It was painful shopping here.

Always clean with many choices

This pharmacy has no care for its patients, and will do everything in their power to defend their half-effort actions. After calling for a delivery of meds, they failed to follow directions and not go to the basement suite where I live and knock, they give a quick call- and take off, then accuse me of lying by saying I wasn't home after explaining multiple times I am withdrawing off my meds and WAS home but due to them not following, I am suffering more. After calling them they offered no apology, or care for the situation and even went on to excuse their actions by saying doing anything else is "unprofessional". These people need to be completely trained again or fired. Your own actions are "unprofessional". Own up to them like an adult and a company and at least admit your own wrongs. Avoid this place like the plague. Other pharmacy's can deliver. They clearly don't want the business or money. Edit - I explained the situation to a "Matt" that works there. Kept telling me they delivered and ignored everything I said about not following directions. Kid needs to be fired. Double edit - Seems like they send out cabs for deliveries. The re-delivery guy went to the neighbors window and started knocking, when there's a clear as day sidewalk to our entrance. This would explain the fact that the first delivery was missed, but yet they blamed me. I'm not that smart and even I could organize this better than how they have it. Must be some of that fine Calgary quality.

Store has the worst customer service never shop here. They think they get to tell you to wear masks and yell and harass people who have a medical exemption. Boycott this store

Great customer service reps. Very tidy and well organized.

Very bad patient care. The staffs are very unprofessional. One day my mom came home crying because of their one disrespectful staff just because my mom could not speak proper English and she mad mad at her.
