★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in today to ask about the regular gas price ? But the guy answered my call replied as it was same as yesterday, so then I asked what was yesterday’s price, he then replied as he can’t answer that and hung upon me…. Is this the kind of customer service that you offer ??? Wowwww

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to the car wash for a while and have been using there car wash as well and when I took my new Santa fell in the wash and even folded my mirrors down the air blower blew the mirror right out of the casing and cracked it . I followed all the rules and when I showed them they said not our problem.... I could understand if I had an old beater but a rand new car you got to be kidding me. I will never go back.. for a company that makes good money to be so damn cheap floors me.... >:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash is really good. We've been there twice. Though, we thought we would get discounted price for buying gas too, but looks like you need to be a co-op member to get that. The pay at pump showed the member price when it asked to purchase a car wash but charged full price when no member card scanned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers here are amazing. I pulled off here last night because I thought my tire needed air. I left my phone on the hood of my car as I attempted to fill a completely flat tire. I drove off and thought I'd make it home with the flat tire. About 3 blocks away I realized my phone had fallen off my hood. At this point I am pretty upset about driving on my rim and now I'm worried my phone has been run over somewhere or is laying in melted snow. I drove back to the air filling station and three guys who had gotten off work at the gas station asked if I needed help. They ended up changing my flat tire and helped me find my phone. It was one of the nicest things that has ever happened to me. Just wanted to let everyone know!

CO OP undoubtedly a Great corporation but pathetic management at THIS gas station.
Bossy attitude with abusive behaviour triggered a suffocating work environment .
Filed an official complaint directly to the Stony plain head office but no response!
My dedication to work is reflected in many reviews dated back in 2019.
Just a suggestion to the top management of CO-OP... kindly obtain insight regarding the work culture holistically with a versatile approach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today February 19, 2022 I stopped for gas at this store. James M served me and then let me know i had a tire low on air. He then directed me to the air pump where he proceeded to check and fill ALL my tires for me. He is a true gentleman and I was beyond impressed and appreciative of his excellent service. Way to go James keep up the good work!!!!!
