★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior trying to stay home to avoid Covid19. I have been using the Co-op grocery delivery provided for seniors which is a great service. However every week there have been mistakes with my order which I have gladly tolerated. This week is different....I was looking forward to getting fresh baking powder to do some baking...I was very disappointed to be given baking soda instead. I phoned Co-OP and was told I would have to find someone to exchange it for me. Seriously!! Maybe that fictitious person could just do my shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's amazing what Evergreen Co-op does to support this community. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Always a great selection of fresh produce in the grocery store and the home centre has the BEST selection of paint in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for quick grocery stop in Rocky Mountain. Almost everything is on expensive side compared to any other store in the area. Items on sale are good money saver. Otherwise typical Co-OP store. Customer service is nice and friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have consistently run across expired food items at this store. We noticed expired hummus once and reported it to the staff. Another time we bought chicken drum sticks that smelled spoiled upon opening the package at home. We just purchased vitamins on Aug 25th that expired in 2017! And nicotine patches that expired in November 2017. Just found oatmeal that expired about 10 days ago. Check labels when buying from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a heads up to anyone who cannot wear a mask due to heath or personal, the covid police are now at the front door not allowing you in. I like to support local but now I will support the 2 other grocery stores before going back to coop. Good job at standing up for all your members coop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier at the Customer service till today was a huge help and her name is. Sarah Heaten. Sarah needs to be awarded the above and beyond award. Simply because when there was a issue she just rang the other stuff through while she was waiting for the Supervisor to get there. Marnie was and did give me attitude when she finally got here to the express till. But Sarah just reminded the Supervisor that she is talking to a customer and told her to be a professional about the situation that is happening. And then Marnie acted and stopped with the attitude and she fixed the issue once Sarah had done that then. Sarah should be given a gift card as a reward for how she handled the situation that I just told here. So Sarah Heaton needs to be told she did a great thing for making a bad situation better and alot more professional then.
