R	Raj Mnn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shopping experience is sub par. Total basket price also seems to be more than competitors. I am not surprised by some of the unfortunate experiences noted below. Be prepared! Bright spots are their Pharmacy & Chicken Tenders. And they are the closest Post Office.
d	danielle mah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great grocery store that does an excellent job handling covid; staff makes sure people are wearing their masks and customer service offers free take home covid tests. Staff is friendly and the store is clean and well stocked.
O	Olasumbo Akinwale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Ludlow store on May 20, 2021. This was my 3rd visit to that store as we only recently moved into that area. I decided to use the self checkout as I prefer to arrange my items myself and do not really like to wait online. I scanned my items and placed them in bags in the bagging area. As the bagging area filled up, I moved stuff into my cart to create more space for items left and I completely forgot to scan a jar of milk. The staff at the self checkout approached me while I still had my receipt at the self checkout and asked very rudely “did you scan the milk?” I immediately realized I had forgotten and answered “no, it was an error”. He immediately called the store security on me and asked that they look through my entire receipt in case I had stolen other things. I told him to please go ahead and check. He approached me like I was a thief! I told him I had just paid for $160 worth of groceries in the cart. Why would I steal a jar of $4 Milk? He then demanded very rudely that I scan the milk. As he walked away I told him “you have just racially profiled me”. It was evident that while I was scanning my item he had his eyes on me the whole time just because I have a dark skin colour. He was right to try to prevent loss due to theft, but the way to ensure I scanned the milk was not to call security on me while I was still at the self checkout machine like I was a thief! I once worked at a store and we were taught simpler, smarter ways to ask! This has emotionally traumatized me and I just had to type this here to have some Peace!

Berates customers, escalates the situation and has all kinds of attitude to throw at them as well. She should learn to leave her attitude at home or find a job in a dark corner where she doesn't have to deal with customers.
J	James Connor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, Today my good pal and I went to this co op to get some jello. As soon as we enter we are stared down by some male worker who looked about 55. We instantly noticed this man as he had accused us of stealing items before. We walk to the food isle to pick up some jello 5 minute ls later we get cornered by two random males that happen to have been maybe hired. The males instantly tell us to empty our pockets and take the stolen items out. We were really confused but we knew exactly who had told the to approach us it was the male who we saw walking in. They are talking on rip off air pods and tell us that what we are doing is wrong. We empty all our pockets and show that we have nothing exept our phones they let us go and we exit the store as the old male that has harassed me my freind and others that we know before I hope to god the Ludlow co op gets this situation under control. I would rate this co op -5 (meaning many less than one)stars if I could but sadly that is not the case. Stay clear of this co op as I have seen them racial class customers before. ? But I can't bring myself to go back here again, because there might be 10-15 people lined up waiting to be served at 1 open aisle and only half the self checkouts working. If your time is valuable, avoid, and find somewhere else to grab lunch.
