During Covid I would think this store would still have people wiping down carts, making sure customers wear masks. I will not be back, I don't feel safe in your store

So greatful for Co-op being open later during quarantine than the rest of the stores! But their high prices are something I've never been a fan of, especially since so many seniors shop there. They have an amazing deli, sushi and fresh produce area, but their deviled eggs are absolutely disgusting! Only giving 3 stars because of high prices and can only really afford to shop there when they have sales. The store is always VERY clean and completely stocked if you are ever in need of something, tho.

- food is pricey. . - no special sales on check day, such as Family Allowance day or Social Assistance payments. - meat and bakery is especially pricey. - I’ve had bought cut up soup bones where there’s hardly any bits of meat, nothing but bone for a very high price, close to $10 for just bone, terrible. - Otherwise it’s okay. Customer Service is great, floor workers are helpful and the cashiers are fast, courteous and friendly staff.

The rudest cashiers I have ever encountered. They seem annoyed they have to run your groceries through. It’s always the same offenders so I try to avoid them. Not a good shopping experience at all.

When you splurge on buying the ready to eat Mediterranean salad from the grocery store, to find out the feta cheese is plain tofu :( yes I know it was not Greek salad, but I just Google searched Mediterranean salad and the top 5 results list feta cheese as an ingredient and not tofu! This was mean, I'm hurt :(

They have local products - sausages, jams, baking, and especially fresh fish from SK's north that you'd have a hard time getting elsewhere. Staff is very helpful if you treat them with respect.(They do tend not to be the cowed and forced-to-be-cheerful wage slaves you're confronted with at the big chains.)

I get cold stares and no replies when I say thanks have a nice day I nevere get a reply and I see others get goodbyes amd hellos I think I better shop elsewhere but this is closer to me that the delema of it. I guess I'll continue to get racial service at this 33rd coop

I do not understand why this is 'the' store for seniors to shop. Co-op is very overpriced, their Flyer sale prices are usually more than other grocery stores regular prices. I wonder if seniors will be able to leave their children an inheritance? I have also come to learn that, NOT ALL bakery products are baked in the store. They are "packaged" in the store, but NOT baked in the store. They come in as a frozen product, they are NOT baked in the store. Can you tell which ones are a frozen product and which ones are what Co-op baked? I'm not saying that these products are bad, I'm saying why deceive us in believing that you did bake them? I gave Co-op two stars, because they bake their own bread. However, they were deceiving us Shoppers by selling only 450 G when on the bag it was listed as 454 G. ( 4 G?! What is 4 G, such a small amount?. If 4 G is not a big deal, why didn't Co-op still make their bread 454 G? The reason is, because It is a big deal! ) products are getting smaller / less volume and the price is going up.
