★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. They have sushi here and lots of hot food. The cakes are made with real cream. The meats are top of the line and I go there all the time. Excellent selection of brands, and many local brands are available in the store! Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables expertly prepared for convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I typically like Co-op stores and this one is a fine example of the chain. My only beef with the store is that I found it a bit hard to find prices on some of the deli items. That is probably more a function of my being in a rush, but I wound up being a but surprised at the cost of the lunch I snagged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a few things but had to put it on hold briefly. The person at the checkout was wonderful while I looked for my phone and method of payment. I find that generally Canadian Tire is priced quite high compared to competitors.
