Andrew was amazing, he worked with us on the design to make sure that our needs were met while still making sure designs were the safest they could be. CDN Engineering were available all the time for our questions and we had a lot of trades involved in the renovation and Andrew was in contact with them all to make sure they understood the plans and were able to execute to his standards. Knowing that our house and our family were put first is a great feeling.

C	Cedo Gavric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our firm, Absolute Events & Management Incorporated contracted CND Engineering Limited to do a site review to verify existing structural framing of a commercial building in Hamilton, ON. In addition, CND Engineering Ltd was asked to do an analysis of the existing roof structure to verify that it can withstand the addition of 12-600lb temporary point loads for a temporary sign installation. CND provided us a stamped structural letter detailing the site review, analysis and conclusions. Part plan was completed in AutoCAD by CND showing the proposed layout of the 12-600lb temporary point loads spaced evenly in a 25’-0” diameter circle. In addition to the above CND Engineering Ltd was asked to analyze the existing lateral force resisting system of the building, and review its capacity to resist the equivalent lateral wind force produced by the inflatable. During the execution of our project, Andrew from CND expedited the completion of all of our documents, and was able to deliver above and beyond what was asked, in a very short amount of time provided to him. We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with CND, and will absolutely be continuing our relationship with them for all future projects that require engineering services. We thank CND for their hard work, and commitment to getting this job done in a timely and cost effect manner.

When my wife and I decided that we wanted to build a covered porch extending from our new home to create an outdoor living space, we knew that the best way to start our project was with a call to Andrew Zorko. Andrew presented us with a number of options that were unique to the layout of our property and ensured minimal disruption to our previously finished and landscaped backyard. They complete the projects on time which is important to us.
