★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience is awe inspiring. Every crew member genuinely cares about your time at the lodge and it shows in every interaction. The food, the skiing, the level of professionalism of pilots and guides. Nothing is less than stellar. I participated in the "Powder Intro" offering for strong black / double-black resort skiers who want to learn how to ski powder. It was lead by the legend "Roko" Koell and it was the best coaching I've had from a ski coach. In 4 days of skiing with him I improved more than I had in an entire season on my own. I trained for a year (no joke - trip was delayed due to covid) but it turned out to be the best thing to happen. If you come in for the intro program and will be learning in unfamiliar and uncomfortable terrain, the last thing you need is to feel fatigue. My last bit of advice is if you are on the fence about a trip - just go. You will thank yourself for the adventure. Tomorrow is not guaranteed and this was a trip of a lifetime.
