About Us
Clymont Community League owns and operates Clymont Community Hall and grounds. There is the main building, three fenced ball diamonds, an NHL scale outdoor rink, a children's playground, an unserviced campground area, a gazebo, and a dedicated BarBQ building. 100% of the operations are volunteer supported in some fashion.
As part of our recent renovations, Clymont Hall is now equipped with an "inductive telecoil LOOP". By switching to the "T" or "telecoil" setting, people with hearing aids can now get a direct feed from the PA system microphones. No more long distance lip reading in a muffled background!! Portable headsets are available for people without hearing aids for those times when the host's comments are more important/interesting than those at your table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Clymont Hall yesterday, driven past it so many times , friends and family gathered for a celebration of life , the volunteers were simply amazing , prepared all the food while maintaining proper distancing and covid protocols, the grounds where impeccable lots of parking, such a great place I was so impressed, support your local community halls this one is top notch all the way !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the clymont hall as the venue for our wedding over a year in advance. They made it seem like it would be the perfect venue, easy going staff, family camping, flexibility and a beautiful space. This unfortunately was not the case. The venue was just as beautiful, and the space had so much to offer. However some of the members made what was supposed to be a very exciting time in our lives extremely stressful. They were not all on the same page and what some people told us was a great thing(place to park the campers), another took it upon herself to come yelling and screaming at us that we could not be set up in that spot. The week leading up to our wedding was extremely difficult dealing with multiple issues such as this, BBQ shed, Leftovers, guest parking, amount of plates etc. This venue has so many great things to offer and we really do appreciate the members who did try to make our day go smooth, and I will say that the bar staff the night of our wedding were wonderful, but if you are considering this hall for your wedding I would strongly suggest getting everything in writing. Simply put there were was too many cooks in the kitchen and if this hall would like to continue to be a space for weddings they should reevaluate how they are running things. it is someones wedding day and they are trying to create happy memories for the rest of their lives. If that is not something you can support and help make happen then you are in the wrong business.
