★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been bringing our son to Club Jump since he was 10 months old. The staff are awesome with the kids, and the gym is the perfect size. He knows the routine and now at 2 he is doing the toddler class without a parent. The classes have helped build his confidence, ability to follow direction and he gets to burn some energy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter started here almost 2 years ago, her convidece in herself and in other things is so much higher now thanks to club jump. She loves the stickers she gets after class each week. Shes signed up for her first camp day and is very excited! All the staff is super friendly to the kids and parents
We would recommend club jump to anyone! And will continue to take our daughter as she gets older #makemeawinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our children signed up for this service and were asked to leave for questioning a policy. We were given no opportunity to explain. The staff that I personally encountered were the most unprofessional I have ever encountered in ANY business I have ever been to. I would NOT recommend Club Jump St Catharines.
If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family’s experience at Club Jump has been such a positive one! Club Jump offers structured, high quality programs for all ages. My 3-year-old daughter attended 3 sessions in a row because of her excitement and love of learning at Club Jump. As an educator myself, I feel the classes helped my daughter and other children reinforce gross motor skills, fitness, physical literacy, and teamwork. I believe the coaches at Club Jump are well-trained and organized, and they teach the classes with patience, understanding, and kindness. My daughter was able to try new things and be a risk-taker as she developed her gymnastic skills with her coaches help and modeling. The culture of Club Jump fills a room with happiness and excitement in the gym. Kids leave happy and excited to come back again… especially my daughter! Most importantly, Club Jump is a lot of fun for kids! We loved our experience with Club Jump. I recommend Club Jump to others as an opportunity for kids to try new things in a kind, fun, and safe environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were so mean to my sister and also i misunderstood their instruction so they gave me a timeout from 11AM-12PM and when i wanted to draw they gave me a timeout for 20 minutes, do not send your kids to this place because: They yell at kids, Gives Timeout For a small mistake, Treat kids poorly, they start yelling at the kids in the morning and also they are disrespectful to kids they start doing that every morning and they be nice to you in the afternoon before the parents come when the parents come they start smiling and being nice. The worst place to have a summer camp at. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE

I was thankfull for their honesty and letting me know about how my 5yr olds day went- he is a handful to say the least and Julie was so understanding of his needs and would implement things to help him have a better day! Thank you Julie! Great business definitely recommend
