Staff are very friendly, motivating and is always pushing us to do our best. I would highly recommend all the ladies to check out their bootcamps. You will not regret it!

OT is always coming up with fresh exercises and does an amazing job correcting our form. And the playlists are always poppin - would def recommend!

I signed up for the Bodyweight Bootcamp, and it has been such a rewarding experience that I plan to continue. The facility is super clean, the equipment is very well kept and all staff that I’ve been in contact with thus far either by in person or via email correspondence have been extremely professional. When I first attended Club Enhergy I was greeted with a smile by Debbie (a personal trainer) who was so pleasant, welcoming and provided me with all the necessary information I needed to know for my first class. Ottillia is the trainer for the bootcamp sessions I attend 3 days a week, and she is so very encouraging and always uplifts and encourages all participants throughout the workout. The Bodyweight Bootcamp is no joke. So if you're looking to transform your body, this class is a must! After each session I definitely feel the BURN, and have gained muscle, shed pounds and can visually see the my body toning up. I am extremely excited to see my results this next month. I highly recommend!
R	Renee Whittaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Club Enhergy has fostered a space that is full of queens supporting each other’s workout process. I appreciate the importance put on good form and the way we all are able to work within our strength and we are also pushed to challenge ourselves. I have gone to other boot camps but none others have had me seeing results within as short as two months of attending. I have lost over 10 pounds and have been feeling stronger and healthier. OT’s 8:30-9:30 classes are challenging but I feel so good when we are done. The sound track is always bumping. I have been to more than one trainer and I have to say, OT makes an effort to know your name and to me that is also everything.

OT is an amazing instructor who thoroughly explains exercises, while correcting and teaching us the correct form. I would recommend Club Enhergy to anyone looking for a great workout.

The overall energy in the room is always great. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey here and joining other classes in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
