★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faut savoir quand et à quelle heure se présenter, il est très rare que j'y sois plus d'une heure.
Tout le personnel est très gentil et courtois.
 You have to know when and what time to show up, it is very rare for me to be there for more than an hour.
All the staff are very kind and courteous.

Courteous, attentive and dedicated staff. It may happen to wait longer than expected but we all know the health system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avec rendez-vous il y a deux secrétaires il en a juste une qui passe les gens , et meme si ont arrive une demi heure indiquée le rendez-vous on passe plus tard . Manque cruellement de personnel. Mais le personnel infirmier sont courtois.
With appointments there are two secretaries there is just one that passes people, and even if have arrived half an hour indicated the appointment we go later. Lack of staff. But the nursing staff are courteous.

So much good service listening to us and care really on the mark as we say a big thank you to all the nurses and auxiliaries thank you for having and still taking care of me

Depuis quelques semaines, je reçois le soutien à domicile pour ma mère...c'est au-delà de ce que je m'attendais...quelle humanité et empathie...je me sens épaulée par une superbe équipe . Merci à Marie-Aimée, Lyne et Andréa. ....maintenant 4 mois plus tard je désire ajouter à mon commentaire initial...ma mère s'est finalement éteinte dans son lit à la maison et ce fut possible car j'ai tjrs pu compter sur l'aide de votre équipe, un merci spécial à Karine Bond sur qui j'ai pu m'appuyer jusqu'à la fin..son aide et écoute attentive a rendu cette épreuve beaucoup plus facile à vivre. Merci!
wow! What service!! For the past few weeks, I have been receiving home support for my mother...it is beyond what I expected...what humanity and empathy...I feel supported by a superb team. Thanks to Marie-Aimée, Lyne and Andréa. ....now 4 months later I want to add to my initial comment...my mother finally died in her bed at home and it was possible because I could always count on the help of your team , a special thank you to Karine Bond, on whom I was able to rely until the end. Her help and attentive listening made this ordeal much easier to live with. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour mon bébé . Aucune place pour changé sa couche , test urinaire mal fait doit le refaire . Commentaire désagréable . Surtout pas rassurant pour un bébé . Mauvaise expérience pour ma part . Secrétariat très bien , personne à l’accueil désinfecte bien mais pour le reste mon bébé a été traumatiser pour sa première fois prise de sang et tout .
For my baby. No place to change his diaper, badly done urine test must do it again. Unpleasant comment. Especially not reassuring for a baby. Bad experience for me. Secretariat very well, no one at the reception disinfects well but for the rest my baby was traumatized for his first time blood test and everything.
