★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vape store I've ever been to! Conner and Angelo are both awesome and I've received fantastic customer service from them every time I go there. They're extremely knowledgeable about the products and the store is stocked with all kinds of cool products and flavours I can't find anywhere else. The store itself is very cool and clean but has a great kind of coziness you wouldn't expect. Seems like a cool place to hang out and has quickly become my regular shop. I'm just really impressed with Clouds and so glad I found it. Thanks so much guys! :)

He went out of his way to speak to me and have a conversation even after I purchased. It’s clear they hold themselves to a great standard of customer service! I really enjoy the atmosphere of the shop and it’s a HUGE plus there was a dog! Definitely will be coming back here again!

They have a huge selection of devices and tons of different juices. Conner was genuinely appreciative for the business and that makes the customer feel good about their purchases.
I would definitely recommend Clouds to everyone but I would definitely recommend going to the YVR location because of the above and beyond service I have personally recieved.
