★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Cloudnine for 10+ years. When they closed their office in St Albert I remained with them even though I have to drive 35 minutes to Edmonton.
Dr. flemming and Fadi and all the staff are wonderful, caring, understanding, approachable and professional.

Very professional yet friendly! They even called me a few days later to make sure I was ok after getting getting a wisdom tooth pulled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a rough session today over at cloudnine today, although where the fault lies was not with them at all.
They took great care and compassion even then they had to extract exactly 3 dead teeth including an overcrowded monster of a wisdom tooth. Would recommend!

I had an emergency situation today and the staff was very efficient and friendly..I got my emergency appointment . I.was checked out turns out it was not serious. I also got my yearly check up and will be going back for cleaning. It was a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a general fear of dentists so coming here I was definitely a nervous wreck. However the staff are so very kind and patient, and they didn't make me feel bad for having subpar teeth. I still have work that needs doing but my initial impression is fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dentist and hygienist are brilliant! But I gave 4 stars because of your front end staff. They could be more hospitable in person and especially on the phone. They should be more friendly and people orientated. I felt like I was disturbing them and they always seem to be too busy to assist me, especially on the phone. My enquires were very simple and not at all complicated, but I was given the distinct impression that I should know this stuff and was made to feel that I was wasting their time. They are your first order of contact for your business and should shine. They don't.
