Many payment options and the suds and waxes always flowing fully. Newly renovated facility with very little traffic. The vacuum could have better suction but it may have just been full.

I then told him his vac wasn’t working and he told me to bed. For 1 I was throwing garbage out of my car like ur supposed to do at a car wash 2 u don’t just tell ur customer too bad when they tell u something isn’t working. I won’t be returning unless I get a discount.

Update** even after being a daily customer here, paying atleast $13 at a wand wash to wash my car after these filthy winters, so around 2 weeks back I took my car in, I’m washing it and this time I did take extra time since my car was insanely dirty, and so this old gentleman is cleaning the bays usual and I’m like “ hey how are you!” Trying to be nice, all he had to reply with was “ can you hurry up I need to clean the bay”. All of the other bays were empty and obviously I’m not going to leave until I finish washing my car, sad to say I won’t be supporting them either anymore.

And also this location accepts tap. So that's already a few solid advantages over many other self serve car washes.

Always very clean, even in the 'muck season', you can't complain about the condition of the place! Wash time is reasonably priced, and most importantly...there's always plenty of soap! Staff are super friendly and professional...great folks! Best car wash around in my opinion...in fact...6 STAR rating if I could add one...lol. Thanks all at Cloud Car Wash...wishing you continued success!
B	Bryce Desender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place for washing my car. Rarely do I have change on me, so their tap card service is ideal for me to pay for my wash. I always do prefer wand washing as then I can control the quality of the wash and can only be angry at myself for a poor job. They give you plenty of time to get the job done for your dollar. Great water pressure and the washing soap or switching tools is always quick so you are not wasting time and money. Plenty of stalls and never had to wait to get in.
