★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them about my ill fiancée whom I wanted to accommodate in one of their hotels before we left town. This was a medical trip and I wanted to give her one memorable night in the Rocky Mountains. However, these people had absolutely no sympathy for our situation and making a beautiful day for her. I wonder if this wasn’t peak season, and they needed the business, would it be different. Too many business’ are all about the money and not enough for their customers.
