Clinique Des Médecins D'urgence.

J'ai vraiment aimé la présence et l'écoute du Docteur Rémi Bouchard. Malgré l'extrême pression du gouvernement et celle des patients orphelins qui sont tant en manque de soins. Une solide tristesse de voir cette clinique disparaître.

Mon gars est très malade depuis hier donc nous prenons un rendez-vous et nous en obtenons un pour le lendemain midi. Le lendemain matin vers les 10h on reçoit un message téléphonique comme quoi notre rendez-vous est annulé car le médecin ( Ladouceur) a un empêchement. On ne nous propose aucunes autres options et pas moyen de parler à personne en ayant essayé toutes les options proposées par les messages automatiques. On est très loin du serment d'Hippocrate, honte à vous.

Les années passent et leur système de prise de rendez vous est toujours aussi inefficace. Ridicule de dire que c'est du domaine de la SANTÉ ! Essayer de prendre un RDV et la ligne coupe directement... Ça fait dure

2days trying to contact you and no answer.. Your phone busy all the time called more than 200 times ar the times you choosed

Make sure you know that you will be sick a day in advance.... yes ..really folks ,... you phone in to make an appointment for the next day and you must do it within the recommended hours...or no appointment for you ... the other emergency clinic is always busy// yes just 2 emergency clinics for all of Sherbrooke.... they say they want us to have a family doctor ,..but who is in charge of that and the family doctors are all 9-5 people---- do not get sick before or after these hours--- but hey if you do not want the hassles you can always go to the private clinic ... Seems to me that someone is purposefully creating the hassles to push for privatization...... Get the logic of these doctors Sherbrooke is one of the top 3 poorest cities in Quebec and this is the city they choose to push privitization

Impossible to get in touch with family doctor because secretary never answers the phone . Two days of redialing every second I can . Today 105 times with the same message. You have reached your family doctor and giving me the hours that I need to contact or call back if can’t get a hold of her . Something is not right.

This clinic is finally closing on March 31, 2022. It wouldn't surprise me that they are being forced to close for not respecting quotas, the rules concerning patients without a doctor, etc. And I assume I wasn't the only patient who made a complaint with the College of Physicians about this clinic. It was almost impossible for anybody to get an appointment there, as you can see from the reviews! And their tirage system of priority for patients needing to see a doctor was incompetent and unprofessional. That's what happens when you have CLSC nurses making those decisions. The CLSC should never have had anything to do with this clinic in my opinion. I've been there 2 times and my health was neglected. They seemed more interested in examining women more than men. As a male patient I only spent 5 minutes with a doctor the first time I went. The second time I went my appointment was cancelled. A doctor I saw at a hospital emergency in November of last year, in which I will not name the establishment, was not impressed that the CMU/CLSC refused to give me an annual check up and do the follow-ups after the hospital had sent me there in the early spring and summer of the same year. So in my opinion, from my analysis, I think this clinic was forced to closed due to many reasons and complaints. I know I am not the only person they turned their backs on when seeking healthcare. And I am definitely not the only person who made a complaint against them. Because of the poor management of this clinic, doctors working at hospital emergency rooms were being overwhelmed by patients. The person responsible in managing this clinic was clearly incompetent for the job. All of this lack of care towards patients and the general public was eventually going to catch up with them. You failed your community!
