d	ds s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai côtoyé l’équipe de Dr. Guay pendant plusieurs années, bien que Céline soit ma préférée, ils sont tous excellents! :) Dr. Guay est un perfectionniste, si vous suivez bien les consignes vos dents seront parfaites! Mon traitement est terminé depuis 4 ans, mes belles dents droites n’ont pas bougé du tout. Merci à toute l’équipe! I worked with Dr. Guay's team for several years, although Céline is my favorite, they are all excellent! :) Dr. Guay is a perfectionist, if you follow the instructions your teeth will be perfect! My treatment ended 4 years ago, my beautiful straight teeth haven't moved at all. Thanks to the whole team!

À mon arrivée, on m’a fait payer 80$ pour le premier rendez vous, avant même avoir eu la consultation. J’ai rencontré le Dr Guay par la suite moins de 5 min. Après un « examen » de quelques secondes il m’a dit que la seule option pour lui était de casser ma mâchoire. Après m’être renseignée, l’ordre des orthodontistes obligent les praticiens à proposer toutes les options aux patients.. Je ne remets pas en question les résultats de son travail puisque je ne les connais pas mais ses qualités humaines lorsqu’il reçoit un patient sont sans aucun doute à améliorer. Je me suis sentie aucunement considérée, choquée par son attitude et qu’on m’a volé mon argent. Je suis suivie actuellement dans une autre clinique où je commence un traitement d’orthodontie où l’on m’a proposé 4 plans de traitements différents et adaptés à ma condition. Je ne recommande pas cette clinique. I consider to have had the worst experience of my life in this clinic. When I arrived, I was charged $ 80 for the first appointment, even before I had the consultation. I met Dr. Guay thereafter within 5 minutes. After a few seconds "examination" he told me that the only option for him was to break my jaw. After inquiring, the order of orthodontists obliges practitioners to offer all the options to patients. I do not question the results of his work since I do not know them but his human qualities when he receives a patient. are undoubtedly for improvement. I felt in no way considered, shocked by his attitude and that my money was stolen. I am currently being followed in another clinic where I am starting orthodontic treatment where I have been offered 4 different treatment plans adapted to my condition. I do not recommend this clinic.

I am usually apprehensive about getting any dental work done, but with the expert care I’ve received at every single appointment over the past year while getting my orthodontic treatment, I can honestly say that this has been an enjoyable experience. Dr. Guay is absolutely fantastic, professional, kind and honest. The dental assistants are just as gifted, kind and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful in explaining everything. Facilities are spotless, and any procedure I've had has been fast and virtually painless. Can't say enough about Dr. Guay. 100 Stars all day!!!

They will not even remove their product (that's causing pain) unless you upgrade to a new product. When pressed, Mr Guay resorted to entitled, chauvinistic reasoning "you know ladies how they are always complaining. . .". Please don't support this predatory business - there are many options in Gatineau.
