Parfois, il m'arrive d'avoir des petits maux que le quotidien m'apporte. J'en discute avec Dre. Taillefer et elle cible rapidement le problème. Elle est douée. Aussi, elle suggère de petits exercices simples et efficaces. Dernièrement, j'avais une douleur au talon. Lors de mon dernier traitement, Dre.Taillefer a fait une ajustement et la situation s'est améliorée à 70%. Reste à faire mes exercices et Dre. Taillefer fera le suivi à mon prochain R/V. For the past few years, I have seen Dr. Taillefer once / month to maintain my body so that it retains its flexibility and ease of movement. Sometimes, I happen to have small evils that everyday life brings me. I discuss it with Dre. Taillefer and she quickly targets the problem. She's talented. Also, she suggests small simple and effective exercises. Lately, I have had heel pain. During my last treatment, Dr. Taillefer made an adjustment and the situation improved to 70%. It remains to do my exercises and Dre. Taillefer will follow up on my next R / V.

Son approche ne se limite pas aux manipulations, elle inclus étirements, exercices de musculation et autres approches pour accélérer la guérison et prévenir la récurrence. J’ai pu retrouver une qualité de vie et reprendre des activités physiques. Cela prend du temps parce qu’elle va travailler du haut au bas corps pour régler le problème à la source, mais c’est efficace. Dr. Taillefer effectively treated a cervical hernia using the Cox method. His approach is not limited to manipulations, it includes stretching, weight training and other approaches to speed healing and prevent recurrence. I was able to regain a quality of life and resume physical activities. It takes time because it will work from upper to lower body to fix the problem at the source, but it is effective.

Save your money and go to a physiotherapist instead. After visiting the physio, my back pain started to decrease as she explained to me that I injured a muscle and showed me daily exercises. Now it is completely gone. I regret wasting my money here and hope this can help others out there with back pain.
