Suite à un rendez-vous pris puis finalement annulé par la clinique, j'ai de nouveau à faire à la secrétaire pour trouver un autre moment, ce qui est bien compliqué, m'étant organisée en fonction du RDV initial. J'ai donc quelques difficultés à trouver un nouveau créneau et cherche avec embarras. Cette dame a du prendre cela pour une attaque personnelle car le ton a subitement vrillé vers une agressivité totalement disproportionnée ! S'en est suivi un quasi-monologue ahurissant et complètement irrespectueux. Incroyable de se faire parler comme cela et quasiment raccrocher au nez. En terme de service à la clientèle, rarement eu d'expérience aussi désagréable, et je ne semble pas être la première à le notifier. More than painful experience with the secretary on the phone. Following an appointment made and finally canceled by the clinic, I have again to do the secretary to find another time, which is complicated, having organized according to the initial appointment. So I have some difficulty finding a new niche and looking with embarrassment. This lady had to take this for a personal attack because the tone suddenly twisted towards an aggressiveness totally disproportionate! This followed a bewildering quasi-monologue and completely disrespectful. Incredible to be talked about like that and almost hang on the nose. In terms of customer service, rarely had such an unpleasant experience, and I do not seem to be the first to notify it.

Que ce sois un mal de dos dû au travail ou des douleurs dû à une grossesse, le docteur Bourque réussi toujours à me soulager :) Always satisfied.
