★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne remets pas en question la qualité intrinsèque des services de l'établissement. Je leur ai envoyé une demande urgente, on m'a répondu promptement et adéquatement... le tout accompagné d'honoraires (salés) qui, malheureusement, ne m'ont jamais été communiqués au tout début de la démarche.
Mon conseil ? Demandez les honoraires avant toute chose. Vous éviterez ainsi beaucoup de problèmes.
I do not question the intrinsic quality of the establishment's services. I sent them an urgent request, they answered me promptly and adequately... all accompanied by (salty) fees which, unfortunately, were never communicated to me at the very beginning of the process.
My advice ? Ask for fees first. This way you will avoid a lot of problems.
