Pire clinique pour l'évaluation de l'audition Aucun retour d'appel depuis le test réalisé malgré les nombreux messages laissé. Pas eu de rapport suite à l'évaluation Je ne conseille pas du tout cette clinique. Vraiment impersonnel et non professionnels

I'm usually not one to complain or post reviews but I felt that I needed to share my terrible experience with one of the speech therapists at this clinic, particularly of the unprofessional behavior of Cimon Chapdelaine. Being a mother and also a professional myself, I was left feeling frustrated and unhappy with his services prior to even starting speech therapy services with him for my daughter. Long story short, I had scheduled an appointment to have my daughter evaluated to determine whether she really had speech difficulties (her daycare had noticed some difficulties and felt that I should investigate). I called multiple clinics prior to finally getting through to this one and was scheduled an appointment with Cimon about two weeks later (this was the only appointment available before the Christmas holidays). On the day of the appointment, I received a telephone call from Tammy (their amazing receptionist who was very helpful and understanding) cancelling our appointment. Therefore, I was asked to schedule another one in the new year. I was also informed that based on the information I had sent him, he had decided that my daughter required a more extensive evaluation. Which would have been no problem as I would have trusted his professional opinion, but I felt that he could have still kept our one hour appointment in order to at least start the evaluation process. However, I was also informed that the main reason he cancelled our appointment was because it was his only appointment that evening at that clinic. As a mother who was concerned for her daughter, I spent the two weeks prior looking immensely forward to our appointment in order to finally have some peace of mind as well as answers. I ended up cancelling my appointments at this clinic and found an amazing and perfectly bilingual speech therapist who is currently helping my daughter who mainly needed to expand her vocabulary and improve her pronunciation of certain syllables. I guess, in the end "everything happens for a reason". Do your research before choosing a professional for your child! Your child's relationship with them as well as your own, makes the world of difference in terms of their treatment results!
