they came to my school they took pictures for my grad pictures. since of covid i have to order online. it says my pictures will be available to view in like five days. i got it like yesterday and the due date to order is tomorrow, i still cant view my pictures. they didnt even tell me if i can order like after the due date or anything like that. the fact that the first review on here was one star was kinda shocking cuz i thought it would be better then this. i read the only review and it seem like she was not having it. i really don't have my hopes high :/ - its Saturday that im editing this review, after a few days im able to see my photos, the dont show my grad photos. the only thing i rlly wanted to see. the fact that i cant order them is really sad. the other pictures i took arent rlly good and we shouldn't pay just to fix them up

I've had my childs photos taken twice. The first session was over exposed and had harsh shadows, the second session has harsh shadows with a white background and shes wearing a white shirt. The website states photos appear unedited and all harsh shadows and choppy edges will be removed before purchasing but how can someone even buy photos when the previews don't even give a good idea of what the final product would look like? where do they even do this? In my years of school photos I haven't came across a method like this very unprofessional.

I ordered my photos on Nov.1. Haven't received them. Trying to make contact with the office but no one picks up. I have sent two emails and no response yet. These were to be used as x-mas presents! Hoping I will be contacted by the end of this week!

My daughter's picture was lost, it was not communicated to me and no apologies were rendered after I reached out that for lack of access to the website. Instead I was informed that it was the photographer's fault. Doesn't the photographer work for your company? I am highly disappointed and hope the school will be going with a different party next time.

My son, age 6, had two school sessions with the company in Oct and Nov - original and retake. This was our third school session in pandemic times with three diff companies the past few years. This is the first instance where the crew have failed their basic responsibility to deliver images with a child looking presentable. I assure you, they would not accept those photos if it were their own children: sweaty, messy, untidy coming from running at recess, shirt out, hair in every direction. Abhorrent, embarrassing outcome, with no Grade 1 memento. How would no one at the studio take steps to remedy such images is beyond me. But then if you have exclusive access to thousands of kids than you just milk the circumstances and do not have to care for individual cases.

First time that my kids' school got Clear Images for their school photo. Totally disappointed when I saw the picture online, and there's no retake day! In the past years, the studio that used to take their school photo always schedule a retake day because they know some kids would have a bad day no matter how their parents prepared them for the photo day. I would have asked the school admin for a retake day, but I changed my mind when I saw their pricing...way too expensive than the previous years' photographer, 50% more expensive in fact! I decided not to order. If there's a 0-rating option, I would have rated them zero!

I was concerned when my son didn't come home the last day before holidays with his photos and ornaments that I purchased. They were supposed to be sent to the school. I emailed Clear Images and asked if there's any way I can pick the items up at their store before Christmas. They ended up delivering them to my home before Christmas and no extra charge.
