H	Heather Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bottom line is, I spent 13 months and $12,000 trying to get a separation agreement, to no avail and I am on civil, even friendly terms with my ex! The process seems intentionally drawn out so as to ensure the maximum charges. Furthermore, I do not find Rahul to be transparent in his billing; he waited 10 months to tell me that my retainer was up and that I owed $8000. Even if you have an agreement, things like custody are still unresolved. Divorce/parenting coaches are recommended, which means you have to continue to spend money. Personally, I can no longer afford the collaborative process and would not recommend it.

A meeting was set up quickly and I was seen promptly. I had a lot of paperwork and when dealing with the Government I could not have hoped for a better legal Council than Rahul. He is down to earth and gets that revenge mode right out of your system (at least mine). He had a good strategy how to deal with the other side and after 6 month of negotiations, we reached an agreement, that left me very satisfied. Rahul has been very supportive and personable during the whole ordeal. I am glad I had such an outstanding professional by my side. I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs quality and not quantity, Results rather than revenge and a heads up when called for.

I was very pleased indeed! Rahul turned out to be very kind, considerate and attentive to my requirements. I needed to get a settlement draft reviewed and revised asap. Rahul was able to see me within 24 hours and start the process. I especially appreciated that every time I called him (and it was a lot!), I got a hold of him and he addressed my questions and concerns on the spot. No making appointments (and hence stressing out) for days just to have something resolved or answered. As anyone who had gone through a divorce knows, the stress levels are through the roof.
