★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars ALL DAY. This company brings customer service to another level. They will discuss with you all your options on different kinds of water, and go above and beyond to help you. For example, today (a Wednesday) I called and asked for a water delivery. They told me that deliveries to my area usually happen on Tuesdays. When I told them I was very low on water, they contacted their driver and ensured that they could make it out to me TODAY. I am so thankful for this company and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the staff there! The one gentleman stopped me in Canadian Tire because they didn't have the water station at Wye road and sent me there! I thought they were going to refill one of my big 18L bottles and refilled all four! The other guy who worked there, even carried them out to the car for me!
Great customer service, super helpful, especially of you have any issues carrying the 18L heavy jugs!
