β β β β β 1 star, completely based off of the fact that the property manager (jennifer) just doesn't care, has NO people skills, and a complete disregard for safety or cleanliness of the building. Also still haven't had any drains cleared to prevent flooding in the lobby ( ever year it happens) and repair posts in the portal or email are ignored. It's really too bad, as its a cute building with potential... unfortunately the neglect and disregard for the residents and property is disgusting
