★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had the displeasure of dealing with an appraiser more than I have had with this clown. Ignorant and Rude on the phone. Low appraised values almost out of spite. Go with someone else if at all possible. And you must know that even though the bank will have him get a hold of you, Its only because he was the one next on the list. You can ask for a different appraisal company. Put this clown out of business.
