Worst experience ever selling our home with these agents. The sale almost fell through and agents could have been sued due to misrepresentation and terrible client service. If you want to work with agents who will listen to you and who aren't in it solely to line their own pockets with cash, stay away from Royal LePage Northern Advantage! Don't make the mistake we did and live through unimaginable stress during the selling or buying of a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Took time off work for a 1pm virtual showing. Only to be told agent doesn't have internet. Agent asked if a video could be sent later that day. I was ok with that, but all that he sent was a slide show of pictures already uploaded on MLS of the upper portion of home. Absolutely nothing of what I had asked. I understand me not being local. But to waste a potential buyers time is very unprofessional. Being 7hrs away one can't justify paying for home inspection when agent can't show areas of concerns that were asked.
Now here we are with a second chance and same agent has waited 48 hrs to respond to questions asked even though he said he would let me know in a timely manner. Offers are being presented in less then 24hrs and I can't even get agent to reply to my questions. Very, very unprofessional. He could be a new agent or maybe he doesn't care about his job. I'm not sure, never had a agent like this before. I will definitely not recommend to anyone.
