★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vancouver was our first stop on our family vacation Sept.17th, Ivan met us at the airport on time & dropped us off at the Pinnacle Hotel.We rented a van from Classique that we drove to Victoria,then Kelowna & back to Vancouver Sept.26. Ivan was our driver back to the airport. His customer service was exceptional. Will definitely use their services on our next trip to Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we could give this company a more than 5 star review we would! We rented a SUV from Michael at Classique Rent a Car, it was a last minute request and we needed a SUV with winter tires, we called countless rental companies and none of them could guarantee a car with winter tires.
Thanks to Michael, we were able to get one! He was very accommodating and polite, patiently answered all our questions and even worked after hours to support and coordinate our request. This will definitely be our go-to place for future car rentals in Vancouver! Pick up and drop off service was also very smooth and easy. Thank you Michael for such outstanding customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their 5 star rating is well earned. I rented a car and everything was as promised. Michael rocks! He told me to watch out for other renters, they say you don't need snow tires to go to Whistler, but he said it's the law. Sure enough there were signs on the way to Whistler saying snow tires is the law from Oct to March, sure enough other competitors lied and said all season is legal. It's not. Michael was the only one to tell the truth.
Super convenient pick up and drop off. Don't be afraid that they are a small independent. The vehicle was great, the service was great and no "extra costs". I paid what i was quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience every time I rent a car with them. Grigore always makes things so easy, dropping the keys at the front desk for an early departure when the car is available earlier, modifying my booking when my flight is cancelled, etc….
Really excellent customer service.
The car are in perfect condition and equipped with snow tires.
I definitely recommend renting with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented some electric scooters for a few hours. Was explained where the best places to see are. We toured all of Stanley Park and along the seawall. Was fabulous experience. They took time to make sure my wife and I were comfortable before we went off on our own. Was Great day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented a car a few times this year for various reasons from Classique Car rental and each time it was a great experience! Grigore was helpful and friendly and overall the customer service was excellent. I was able to rent cars with Snow tires with no issues (whereas other car rental companies will not guarantee this), the cars were in great condition and there were no hidden or added charges on any occasion. I would certainly rent from Classique Car rental in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented e-bikes today and had so much fun!! We have never tried them before but they were awesome. We were able to explore so many different areas in a short period of time. I was a little worried because the smallest bike was still a bit large for me (being only 5 feet tall) but it worked out. Staff were very accommodating and said I could try it out first and if I wasn’t comfortable they would return our money. Thankfully it worked out just fine!
We also rented an SUV for tomorrow! Friendly and quick service.
