★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have never experienced this kind of rude and impolite treatment by the front desk in any health care facility. The reception staff was impolite, unfriendly, un Canadians. Absolutely ignorant of the patients condition. Technician, on the other hand, was extremely courteous & thoughtful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how every medical clinic should be run, good reception and friendly employees. I've visited a few times and had a great experience each time. Dr Allard is very knowledgeable and takes his time addressing concerns.

The reception staff are very friendly and the technician that conducted the tests on my mom was very caring, professional, and made sure my mom was always safe.
Dr. Allard is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient. You never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all the questions we had. His bedside manner is wonderful, and rare nowadays when you feel most doctors rush you in and out of the examining room. He is empathetic, very supportive and truly a wonderful doctor.
