When I got them back I noticed that one of the dials was slightly misaligned, I took that watch back to him and he fixed the issue on the spot. Both of my watches are now running better than when I first bought them. Amazing and fast customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy to find Paul + City Time. After calling around to the top watch retailers in Calgary, I realized not one of them had a watch maker or horologist in house anymore. He saved the bezel on my Tag Heuer and replaced the battery within a week. It’s an older model so I was very happy with his repair. To send it in, I would have been without the watch for months. Cannot say enough good things - he’s truly an expert in his craft. Thank you!

The owner of City Time truly is a master watchmaker and the result far exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much! When I got this watch from my dad I really didn’t think it would ever tick again, but it’s running beautifully and accurately.
